Chris Austin
LICENSED REALTOR/PRINCIPAL AGENT
Chris has been assisting clients in the Kansas City real estate market since 2004. He combines his education from Mid-America Nazarene University with his experience in navigating nearly 2,000 real estate transactions, to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
As a Kansas City native, Chris has strong experience in both Kansas and Missouri, where for over 2 decades he has built one of Kansas City’s top real estate teams. Consistently ranked in KC’s top 50 realtors, Chris’ passion for building long lasting relationships with his clients before, during, and long after the transaction is complete has led to a successful real estate business based over 90% by referral.
Over the years, Chris has built an amazing team of agents and support staff geared solely to serving their clients, and creating walking billboards out of everyone they serve.
When not selling real estate, Chris is an accomplished musician and athlete, and spends his free time watching sports, playing with the worship team at church, or hanging out with his wife and two kids!
Heather Austin
Director of Operations
Heather has been serving clients since 2015, after ten years as a research dietitian for the University of Kansas Medical Center. With a strong background in leading high level teams, Heather directs all administrative operations for the Austin Home Team. She has extensive experience in all facets of the home buying and selling process, and uses that knowledge to continuously improve and refresh team operations.
Heather spends her time with her husband and two kids, and cheering on her favorite sports teams! She is also an avid online shopper, and loves to travel to anywhere warmer than a Kansas City winter!
Erin Clark
Client Care Coordinator
Erin joins the team after over 10 years of teaching and project management. To say that she’s a veteran in customer service would be an understatement. Her commitment to excellence is seen in all of the AHT interactions, as she works to assist and perfect in all of the team’s processes to better serve clients long after the sale is complete.
Erin’s free time is spent with her husband and two girls. She loves movies, books, crafts, and spending time with friends and family!
Jim Montemayor
Listing Coordinator/Licensed Realtor
Jim has been serving the Kansas City real estate market since 2015. With a strong background in new construction, he has an intimate knowledge of how homes are put together. As a “service focused” realtor, Jim goes out of his way to ensure that his clients remain protected and happy with the entire real estate transaction.
When not selling homes, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and twin boys. You may also catch him doing improv comedy at Kansas City’s own Comedy City!
Nate Parks

Nate has been serving clients on both sides of the state line since 2013. With a degree in finance, and over 10 years experience as a financial planner, Nate is skilled at protecting his client’s investment as if it were his own. Nate is originally from Nebraska, and also brings a unique and personal understanding to the nuances of relocating a household. Clients love the detailed and service driven approach he brings to every transaction.
In his free time, Nate enjoys coaching basketball, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Caisha Cooper

Caisha has served the KC real estate market since 2017, and is a Kansas City native who has experience in all parts of the metro bringing extensive knowledge all around town! With a background studying Business, she brings a strong investment mindset to every transaction.
Caisha is a proud mother to her son Ryder and her huge dogs Charlie and Milly. She loves local KC foods, events, and attending games. When not in Kansas City, you can find Caisha in Chicago or Southern California!
Emily Paquin

Emily has been helping clients reach their goal of homeownership since 2016. Prior to working in real estate, Emily honed her skills in client relations and project management working in sales. She’s a graduate of UMKC with a BBA and emphasis in marketing. Emily loves helping clients achieve their dream of owning the perfect home, and is committed to providing the highest level of service to everyone she assists.
Emily lives in Brookside with her husband, son and two daughters. She loves being outside and staying active, traveling, spending time with her family and enjoying all that her hometown of Kansas City has to offer.
Parker Mullins

Parker joins the team with over 4 years of home inspection experience. He is a graduate of UMKC with a BBA and emphasis in entrepreneurship. Whether it’s protecting clients or adapting to their specific needs, Parker is committed to serving all over the Metro at the highest level.
Parker is a Kansas City Native and an avid KC sports fan. Outside of real estate, Parker loves to go to concerts, attend sporting events, and travel.
Dallas Ascencio

Dallas is a Kansas City native, and has been serving the KC Metro Real Estate Market since 2020. With a strong background in sales he brings a knowledgeable, and high level of customer service when working with his real estate clients.
Combining that experience with his time in the Gladstone Board and Commissions, Dallas has earned real-life experience in sales, marketing, negotiations and zoning laws that make him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. Dallas thrives on helping people accomplish their dream of homeownership.
When not selling real estate, Dallas lives with his wife, 2 dogs, and a lovely cat. He spends his free time with family and friends and loves being outdoors whenever he gets a chance.
John Tramble Jr.

John was born and raised in the Kansas City Metro area, and has been serving clients since 2017. A veteran of the United States Air Force, and a former Air Traffic Controller with the Federal Aviation Administrator, John is no stranger to handling high levels of detail and stress. During the course of his FAA career, he was elected 3 times to represent his facility as Union President to negotiate on the employees behalf. John’s passion to serve, and his proven negotiating skills, makes him a premier advocate for every client he serves.
John is licensed to practice real estate in Texas, Kansas and Missouri, and is a designated Military Relocation Professional and Accredited Buyer Representative.
When not selling real estate, John loves spending time with his former high school sweetheart turned wife, along with serving as a member of the Leroy Hill chapter of the American Legion in Gardner Kansas and serving as an Ambassador for the Gardner Chamber of Commerce, and the Gardner Rotary.
Tim Sikpi

Originally from Connecticut and licensed in Missouri, California, and Texas, Tim has been serving clients at a high level since 2016, and serves a diverse clientele that reflects his dedication to connecting with individuals from all walks of life.
“I love helping people find and buy their dream home or sell to get where they want to be,” Tim says. As he guides them toward their goals and dreams, clients become lifelong friends. “I am here to serve,” he says, and he backs it up as a savvy negotiator and an expert in residential and investment real estate.
Tim’s clients include professional athletes, move-up or move-on sellers, and investors. However, he also has a special place in his heart for first-time buyers, as he is proud to help them achieve lifelong dreams or become the first in their family to own a home.
Whether buyers, sellers, or investors, Tim treats every client and transaction with focus, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. In his spare time, Tim is active in his local church, and he enjoys sports (especially basketball), music, movies, and spending time with his wife and three sons. Tim also coaches flag football and basketball teams for the kids, and he likes to daydream about being an NBA analyst for ESPN.

Now Ryan helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence and clarity.
Ryan is all about keeping things simple, stress-free, and maybe even fun. His clients know him for being approachable, responsive, and honest — someone who listens closely and works hard to make sure their needs are met every step of the way.
When he’s not helping clients, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, playing board games, or competing in local pinball tournaments. Ryan loves Kansas City and would be honored to help you find your place in it.
